To show leadership in teaching and learning I have assisted others to develop their teaching practice.
Evidence of this leadership in teaching excellence are activities recognised by others and endorsements by
peers and students. For my Listening and Speaking class I introduced an activity for listening to the BBC news where I have
students listen in groups before paraphrasing. My peers tried this activity and endorsed it. I also monitor the success of
this activity by getting feedback from my students.
