WHAT IS THIS THESIS ABOUT
This thesis is the result of years of living, teaching and other work
experieces. It culminates my professional practice by showing the growth that has evolved over time and how this growth can
be projected into the future for more professional development.
I did this study to improve my professional practice and develop as a human
being. I wanted to make changes and understand more about my profession.
Why this thesis?
As I reflecton on my own journey to the summit I will bring change and understanding
to new heights unforeseen by others.
