A living educational theory embodies fitness. It is the flipside of
the coin. By fitness I mean maintaining health through exercise and diet.What kind of exercise am I talking about? Bodybuilding.
What about diet? Eating the right foods as well as preparation methods. Trying to
keep standards for fitness is a goal to strive for. What I actually accomplish is a living contradiction.

Exercises for the body compliments a healthy mind.
Moving meditation, sitting meditation, strenuous exercises are ways to the path
of good health.
Bodybuilding is a strenuous exercise.
For physical growth here are some exercises for different parts.
CHEST: verical butterfly, seated chest, bench press, flat bench flye, flat bench
dumbell, and incline dumbell press.
UPPER BACK: pull up, lat pull, front lat pull-down, close-grip pull-down, reverse-grip
pull-down, seated back row, one-arm dumbell press
Deltoids: Anterior, posterior and lateral
