-Teach multi-level LINC 1-5 programs to refugees, citizens, visitors and others.

- Plan a curriculum that addresses the four skills with higher levels of social    interaction, instruction, getting things done and information that prepares learners for the job market.

- Use of a task-based Canadian Language Benchmark approach for continual assessment that involves speaking for individual, pair or small group tasks

- Implement the following evaluation tools: presentations, role-plays, comprehension questions, business letters and forms.

- Monthly narrative report

Supply teacher for LINC program

- Design LINC lesson plans guided by the communicative competencies of linguistic, textual, functional, strategic and sociocultural in line with their employment goals.

- Maintain a multicultural atmosphere that supports learning and establish a team building effort for students of diverse cultural backgrounds.

- Help students become familiar with the labour market, workers’ rights, and job search skills
